What we're looking for

As a Product Manager with deep eCommerce experience - bonus points if you have fashion merchandising experience. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, leveraging continuous discovery habits and business and product outcomes to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the fashion industry. Your expertise in fashion trends, digital technologies, and startup dynamics will guide our product roadmap, ensuring our offerings are innovative, market-aligned, and scalable. Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Product Strategy: In partnership with the executive team, develop and execute a product strategy centered around business and product outcomes. Identify customer needs, analyze the competitive landscape, and stay ahead of emerging trends to shape actionable strategies.

  • Develop and Execute Continuous Discovery Motion: Implement continuous discovery habits to ensure product development is consistently informed by real user feedback and insights. Define and manage business and product outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals and track progress toward achieving them.

  • Product Roadmap Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to create and prioritize product roadmap initiatives. Lead the product development process from concept to delivery, ensuring features are technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Assess and Action on Product Analytics: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. Implement strategies for continuous product optimization and iteration.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels. Rally executive leadership and the broader team around product and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and company vision.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in eCommerce SaaS product management.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business and product outcomes.

  • Expertise in conducting market analysis and identifying customer needs.

  • Experience with continuous discovery practices to inform product development.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and priorities to stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-Have:
