What we're looking for

The Marketing Manager will lead efforts to generate demand, attract new customers, and seamlessly onboard them into CFY’s platform. This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive customer acquisition and brand strategy, optimizing marketing channels for growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract high-intent leads. Leverage email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing to build awareness and drive customer acquisition.

  • Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers, focusing on both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, ensure lead quality, and optimize conversion rates.

  • Brand Marketing: Shape and grow CFY’s brand presence across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that speaks to the motivations of our target customers. Develop brand storytelling that reinforces CFY’s identity and drives emotional connections with our audience.

  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Partner with the product team to market seamless customer experiences. Eventually, you will help create self-serve experiences like free trials, demos, and onboarding flows that help users quickly realize the platform's value.

  • Customer Onboarding: Create effective onboarding processes that reduce friction and help new customers get up to speed with CFY’s platform. Ensure new users are fully supported through tutorials, guides, and proactive communication.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals, ensure smooth handoffs, and create cohesive customer experiences.

Analyze & Optimize:

Continuously monitor campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, focusing on demand generation, customer acquisition, or brand marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth.

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lead qualification, and onboarding processes.

  • Experience working closely with product teams to support product-led growth initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple projects.

Bonus

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Familiarity with SaaS or e-commerce platforms.

  • Fashion industry experience.

  • Experience in B2B marketing or customer success.
