What we're looking for

We seek a highly strategic and experienced Director of eCommerce Strategy to serve as our clients' key advisor and liaison. This role requires deep expertise in e-commerce analytics, merchandising, and marketing, as well as the ability to act as a strategic partner to our retail clients. You will leverage your understanding of key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, and channel performance to guide clients in optimizing CFY’s solution as part of their eCommerce performance. Working closely with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Native to the client, you will help our clients fully utilize our AI-driven platform to enhance their merchandising efforts and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

Strategic Client Partnership & Ecommerce Performance Analytics

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their business objectives are met through tailored eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing strategies.

  • Perform in-depth analysis of CFY site performance, assessing metrics such as revenue, conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer retention, providing customized recommendations for improvement.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting insights on platform performance, customer behavior, and sales trends, while aligning strategies with each client’s evolving goals and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with clients to design personalized roadmaps, prioritizing platform enhancements and strategic initiatives to drive long-term success.

  • Advise clients on digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media, to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts.

  • Provide technical support and guidance for seamless integration with platforms like SFCC, Shopify, and Native, ensuring data synchronization and optimal performance of AI-driven solutions.

Product Training & Adoption

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to help clients fully understand and adopt our AI platform, tailoring sessions to specific client needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to implement custom merchandising strategies, ensuring they maximize the value of our solution.

  • Address any challenges in platform adoption and work cross-functionally to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, merchandising, or customer success, ideally within the fashion industry.

  • Expertise in site analytics, including revenue, conversion rates, channel metrics, and marketing performance.

  • Technical know-how and experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Native.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to build strategic client relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
